The candidate should have at least three years experience in Managerial Positions, preferably having hands-on experiences in training and/or consulting in the following areas of specialization:

Shop Floor Consultant (SFC)

Job Desc :

  • Collaboratively developing solutions (training or consulting) to solve issues in relation to  operational excellence, problem solving capabilities, continuous improvement and quality management  in businesses (various industries).
  • Developing training material development or deliver corporate training programs such as Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Supervisory Management, Shop floor Leadership, and 5S.
  • Build connection and develop new projects based on customer current and future needs.
  • Assuring the quality of project is conformed with customer requirements.
  • Involved and/or lead in sales process.

The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Have at least 2-5 years experience in supervisory positions, preferably having hands-on experiences in managing teams, coaching, building problem solving capabilities, and leading improvement projects in the areas of specialization in Shop Floor management.
  • Proven results in creating change in  your working area (any industry welcome).
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university in Engineering and Economics or related programs with GPA min. 3,00.
  • Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skill,  enjoy dealing with people and traveling around Indonesia.
  • Strong drive for continuous learning, self initiative and motivation.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Docs and Drive would be an asset.

  • Creating and managing invoices and faktur pajak and Pph 23 for all events and consulting projects transactions
  • Collecting, analyzing, negotiating and persuading actions on accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Willing to visit customers to collect payments
  • Collaborate with Accounting to improve processes
  • Other administrative work

  • Education and/or experience in Accounting or Finance preferable
  • Fresh graduate are welcome

Associate Consultants / Trainers ( Part Time Basis )

The candidates should have at lease five years experience in Managerial Positions, preferably having hands-on experiences in leading or managing improvement project in the following areas of specialization:

  • Total Productive Maintenance (Code:TPM)
  • Organization Development (Code:ODV)
  • Organization Behavior (Code:OBV)
