Mastering 7QC Tools For Improvement
Right decision must be based on correctly analysed data. Sometimes, however, the presented data are inaccurate and not correctly analyzed, resulting in wrong decisions that aggravate the condition.
These problems are resulted from poor comprehension of how to collect and analyzed the data. The management must therefore equip their employees from all levels in the organization with the basic statistical tools, popularly known as seven quality control tools or seven QC Tools. These basic statistical tool have proven in solving 80% of problems at the workplace.
These tool can be individually or integratedly used to analyze data of daily operation operation activities.
