Project Management: What is Project Management?
In order to understand Project Management, one must asks first what would be considered as a Project.
Project essentially is a temporary effort performed by team (who may not have worked with each other before) to achieve a unique goal in a fixed time and stipulated budget.
Development of a new software to manage customer relations, construction of a new school building or renovation of a building are all projects.
Project Management is therefore the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet the expected project requirements.
