Team Building or Team Alignment is an event or activity that can improve relationship between team members and also define roles in the collaborative team.
Team Building in the organization is usually required when:
- Merger and Acquisition; where there is more than one culture that joins into one
- Re-alignment of the vision and mission of the company for corporate leaders
- Introducing the company’s values to the new Management
- And other purposes
PQM Team Building is ready to design, plan and organize your Team Building event that meets your company’s objectives and goals. We are able to organize indoor, outdoor as well as outbound programs.

Team Building Methodology PQM use model ‘Forming’, ‘Storming’, ‘norming’ and ‘performing’ in the formation of a team of four attributes (GRPI): Goals, Roles, Processes and Interpersonal Relationships.

Objectives of PQM's Team Building Program
Each Team Building program will begin with Pre-Assessment to assess the stage of teamwork in the team.
The program will be implemented with the following principles:
- Each stage is built by the previous stage, no such thing as forming to performing in one giant step
- In each stage, team work hard to move to the next stage in team building process.
- Teams will meet new challenges as the program progresses. As teams attempt to solve problems together, they will discuss and form agreements on how best they can resolve issues and differences among them

Each challenge teams face will have lessons behind it. Our experienced facilitators will facilitate discussion in order to :
- Gain Feedback
- Align understanding of team performance
- Perform Retrospectives and agree as a team on team norms
- Looking for a way to solve the problem as a team.
Individual Reports Belbin (Optional)
Every individual in the team has advantages and disadvantages. Every individual has the ability to think, the ability to act and interact socially different. Belbin methodology is the assessment of individual capabilities and expertise that has been developed with over 20 years of research by Dr. Meredith Belbin.
With the knowledge of the capabilities and expertise of the team expected the team will be able to maximize the capabilities of the team to achieve the goal of the team or organization.
Team Building PQM Program will provide this service and each participant will receive an individual book that explains the strength of ability and superior craftsmanship.
Pre-Assessment Excercise
Our team will perform Pre-Training Assessment that is based on eight dimensions of effective teams following:

Based on the results of this assessment team work, we will determine where the stage is already in your team today: Forming, Storming, norming or Performing
PQM Consultants will run a program that will bring your team to the desired stage
Team Building Pre and Post-Assessment Analysis
Team Building program PQM Consultant is not complete without measuring the effectiveness of programs that have been organized
At each stage of the program, PQM Consultants will continue to assess the improvement of team performance. After the training, we will report an increase in performance of the team based on 8 dimensions of teams that have been asked during the Pre-Assessment.
Based on this report, proposals to continue to maintain the alignment and improvement of team performance in the organization after Team Building program ends
